Audrey Durand
Assistant Professor
Biography
A. Durand is a professor of artificial intelligence. More specifically, she is interested in interactive learning, in which a model is learned from data whose collection process is influenced by the model itself. This includes, for example: reinforcement learning and bandits; active learning; and incremental/continuous learning with feedback loops. His contributions cut across the development of new methods, their theoretical analysis, as well as their application to real-world problems in science, with an emphasis on health science.
